Agencies can choose an Agency plan to monitor client websites continuously. Freelancers and businesses can buy credits and run scans whenever they need them, with no subscription.

New accounts receive 10 free credits, enough for 3 full scans. You do not need a payment card. Each scan gives the website an A+ to F grade, a list of findings with recommended next steps and a PDF report you can download.

No. A standard scan runs from the outside, so there is nothing to install and you do not share any server logins. You only connect a website if you want to manage its WordPress updates, which is part of Pro monitoring on Agency plans. The app guides you through that step.

A scan checks a website at one moment and gives it a grade. You can run scans when you need them or set up scheduled scans, and both are paid for with credits. Pro monitoring, available on Agency plans, keeps watching a website between scans. It checks uptime about every three minutes, alerts you to DNS changes and known WordPress vulnerabilities, and runs a full scan every day.

Yes. Scans work on any website, whatever it is built on. Checks such as SSL, DNS, email authentication and security headers apply to every website. Platform checks depend on the technology Sentilio detects. WordPress update management applies only to connected WordPress websites.

No. Sentilio detects and reports. It finds configuration issues, known vulnerabilities in supported software, unexpected changes and downtime, then tells you what to look at first. It does not block attacks, and it does not replace a firewall, backups or a penetration test. A good grade shows that the checks passed. It is not a guarantee that a website is secure.

Yes. Every completed scan produces a PDF report you can download or email from Sentilio. The first PDF and the first emailed report from each scan are included. Extra copies use 1 credit each. Agency plans add white label reports, so clients see your brand rather than ours.

Yes. Buy credits when you need them and use them on any number of websites. £5 buys 50 credits. A full scan uses 3 credits, and a scheduled scan uses 6 credits including the emailed report. An Agency plan is a separate subscription for continuous monitoring.

As many as you like. Credits work across any number of websites. On an Agency plan, your Pro seats set how many websites have continuous monitoring at the same time: 10, 25, 50 or 100. You can move a seat from one website to another whenever you need to.

A full scan uses 3 credits, which is £0.30. Credits cost £5 for 50. A scheduled scan uses 6 credits a run (£0.60) and includes the emailed PDF report.
