FAQ
Does unused balance roll over to the next month?
Yes. Unused balance stays in your account. At each renewal you get your plan's monthly credits again, unless you still have at least a full month's worth left and haven't topped up that month.
Is any of my balance set aside for ads?
Your regular balance can be spent on anything, including chat, tasks, content and ads. New accounts also get a one-time ad credit that can only be spent on ads, and ads use it before your regular balance.
Can I control how much a task spends?
Not yet. There's currently no way to set a spending limit for a single task.
Does my website keep costing me once it's live?
No. Pazi hosts your website for free, so it costs nothing to stay online. Your balance is only used when Pazi does work for you, such as agent tasks, chat, images, web search, social posts and ads.
What happens if I run out before my next billing date?
On plans of $50 a month or more, you can top up at any time and keep going without waiting for your next billing date. On smaller plans, upgrade to unlock top-ups.
How can I top up, and which payment methods can I use?
When your balance runs low, Pazi offers a top-up right in the app, and you can also top up from Account → Subscription. Checkout accepts cards and, where available, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the new plan's full price, a new billing period begins and you get its monthly credits. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your unused balance is kept either way.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my remaining balance?
You can cancel anytime from Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that your account moves to the Free plan and keeps its remaining balance. You can undo the cancellation before then.
