Yes. Softr Workflows handles the approvals, reminders, onboarding steps, ticket routing, and status updates that usually run on manual email. A workflow can trigger from a button click, a form submission, a schedule, or a record change. With Softr Databases, record changes trigger workflows instantly rather than on a polling delay. Partners and clients can also maintain their own records directly in the app, which removes the chasing.

Yes. Softr keeps client data isolated with user groups and global data restrictions. Softr hides or shows whole pages, individual blocks, and single action buttons based on the group a person belongs to. Global data restrictions apply the same rules at record level, so someone only loads the rows they're allowed to see. You confirm it before publishing by previewing the app as any user you choose, instead of creating test accounts and logging in and out. Custom user groups are available on Pro (up to 3) and Business (up to 10).
