What is Rectify?
Rectify is the ops hire for your SaaS. Inside it is Quanta, an AI agent that runs support, feedback, your roadmap and changelog, the help centre, surveys, analytics and more. You tell it what you want, and it does the work.
What does “agentic” actually mean here?
Quanta doesn’t just suggest things or draft them for you to finish. It plans the steps and carries them out across Rectify and your tools: it replies to customers, files bugs with the session attached, moves roadmap cards, publishes the changelog and builds workflows. You check in on what matters. The rest is done.
Is there a learning curve?
No. There are no dashboards to master and no settings to dig through. Ask in plain English, like “reply to everyone who asked about CSV export”, and Quanta gets on with it. The whole app is there if you want to look around, but you never have to.
What can I ask Quanta to do?
