Hi 👋 Thanks for asking! I built Orbit Studios after watching a friend try to run his freelance design business across a handful of apps that didn't talk to each other, retainers in a spreadsheet, tasks in one app, invoices somewhere else. He kept finding out too late when a client had gone over their retainer or an invoice had gone out weeks late. So I built him one place for clients, projects, retainers and invoice, plus a branded portal so his clients could see their own usage too. He's been the main tester since day one, and a lot of what's in Orbit exists because he pushed back until it actually worked for how he runs his business. I built it solo, alongside a full time job.
