AI Readiness Test by MxD Digital

About

The test asks 12 multiple-choice questions, two per dimension, with each answer worth 0 to 3 points. Each of the six dimensions is scored out of six and converted to a percentage, giving a directional, self-reported starting point rather than a peer benchmark or independent audit. Users enter their name and email before seeing an on-screen snapshot, and can then book a free strategy call to identify priority use cases and 90-day moves.

Key Features

  • Scores strategy, data, team, infrastructure, ROI and governance in one assessment
  • Answers 12 multiple-choice questions in about three minutes
  • Shows a six-part readiness breakdown and flags the top gap
  • Names the weakest operating layer and a suggested first move
  • Books a free strategy call to turn scores into 90-day priorities

Use Cases

  • Deciding which business workflow to pilot an AI tool on before committing implementation spend
  • Diagnosing why AI tool adoption is stalling by finding the weakest operating layer
  • Setting approved-use and human-review rules before staff adopt AI tools in a first workflow
