No. Every plan is month to month, with no setup fees. Cancel any time.
How long until it's running?
About two weeks. We set up your receptionist, your CRM and your website, then walk you and your crew through it.
What does it cost to take payments?
Stripe's standard processing fees, plus a BrickByClick fee of 0.5% per card payment, at most $25 a payment. No BrickByClick fee on bank payments. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. The AI receptionist, the CRM and payments work with any website. Connect it in the CRM: one line counts its visits, and a contact form sends its messages straight to your Contacts. We can also build you a new one, included in Front Office, Growth and Total Growth.
What if the AI says something wrong?
It only answers from what you've told it: your hours, services, prices and answers to common questions. When a caller asks something it doesn't know, it doesn't guess: the question shows up for you to answer once, and from then on it knows. Every call is in your Inbox with a summary, the transcript and the recording.
What if a caller needs a real person?
It takes the message and you're alerted right away, with a summary of the call. For emergencies it gives your emergency number. Any callback it promises stays in Needs attention until it's done.
