Credits are charged for what the agent produces — a query, a chart, a dashboard — not per seat or per row. Every plan uses the same price list. The table lists single steps. A chart from start to finish takes about 2 credits: your message (0.5), the queries the agent runs (0.1 each) and the chart itself (0.5). A dashboard or an Excel build takes about 6 to 7. Example: a 10-card dashboard with about 20 queries costs ≈ 7.5 credits.

If your credits run out during a request, the agent stops at the step it cannot pay for and tells you. You can upgrade or wait for your credits to renew. There are no overage charges — you are never billed beyond your plan.

No. Monthly plans reset to their full allowance at each renewal. Yearly plans receive the whole year’s credits up front, so you can use them at your own pace across the year.

It takes effect immediately. Stripe charges only the prorated difference for the rest of your current cycle, and your balance resets to the new plan’s full allowance right away. Moving from one yearly plan to a higher yearly plan starts a fresh 12-month cycle.

Any time, from Settings → Plan, which opens your Stripe billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account simply becomes a free account — your projects, dashboards and data stay exactly where they are.

Stripe retries the card over the following days and you keep access during a short grace period. Update your payment method from the billing portal and the subscription resumes without any action on our side.

Team is $45 per seat per month with a two-seat minimum. Credits are pooled across the workspace — 2,000 per seat. Adding a seat mid-cycle charges only the prorated price and adds the prorated credits immediately.
