Who pays the fees?

Attendees do, by default. Fees are added on top of your ticket price at checkout and shown before anyone pays, so a $25 ticket pays you $25. If you'd rather bake fees into your price, you can absorb them instead and the buyer sees one round number.

When do I get paid?

As tickets sell. Every order settles into your own Stripe account, not an Eventrise account, so the money is yours from the moment of purchase. There's no reserve held back and no waiting until after the event.

What do free events cost?

Nothing. Free events get the whole platform: event page, registration, custom questions, email tools, and the check-in app. Not a trial, not a tier, no card required.

What about refunds?

You set the refund policy for your events. Fans request refunds through their own account, and requests land in a queue where you approve or decline them, so nothing gets decided in an inbox thread.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. There's no contract to sign, no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no exit process. You pay the 5% when a ticket sells and nothing when it doesn't, and your attendee data exports free if you ever leave.

Will you help me switch?
