Is ResLeap AI free?
Every user receives 10 free credits per month. After that, a subscription or purchase of credits is required.
How many credits does it cost to enhance an image?
Credits are deducted only after a successful enhancement. If processing fails, no credits are deducted. V1 costs 2 credits per image. For V2, the cost depends on the longer side of the output image: 4 credits for 2048px, 6 credits for 4096px, and 10 credits for up to 8192px (8K).
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, We cannot offer refunds due to the high costs of the AI upscaling process, especially the GPU processing time. Our upstream providers also don't allow us to seek refunds for GPU processing.
Is the payment service secure?
Absolutely, our payment process is completely secure. We use Stripe to handle all financial transactions, and we don’t keep any of your card information. Stripe maintains top-level security, similar to what you’d expect from a bank.
What image formats do you support?
We support image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP.
Is there a limit on image file size?
Users can upload images up to 20MB.
What is the maximum output size?
V2 can upscale to 8192×8192 (8K). V1 is limited to 4096×4096. If the scaled result would exceed the limit, it is capped at the maximum size.
