About
The code is rendered on your device from what you type, so WiFi passwords and contact details never reach a server. Because the data is encoded directly in the pattern, a printed code never expires, but its destination cannot be changed later, so you need to print a new one if the target moves. The generator also recommends scanning the exported PNG on a phone before sending it to a printer and keeping the white margin around the code.
Key Features
- Generates static QR codes for links, WiFi logins, vCards, menus, and Maps places
- Delivers renders codes locally in the browser so WiFi passwords are never uploaded
- Delivers customizes dot and corner shapes, colors, and an optional center logo
- Exports PNG at 1024 px for printing or SVG vector files for print shops
- Delivers sets error correction level, raising it to High automatically when a logo is added
- Delivers adds a short label under the code that appears in the preview and both downloads
Use Cases
- Printing a guest WiFi sign so visitors join the network by scanning instead of asking for the password
- Placing one reusable menu QR code on each restaurant table instead of reprinting menus every season
- Adding a vCard or Maps directions code to a business card, flyer, or drop-off sign
Who it is for
- Cafés, restaurants, and hotels printing table menus, WiFi signs, or guest cards
- Hosts and small businesses that want a no-signup way to share contact details or directions
- Designers and print shops that need scannable PNG or vector SVG QR files

FAQ
How do I create a WiFi QR Code?
Open the WiFi generator, type the network name (SSID) and the password exactly as your router shows them, choose the security type, press Generate, then download the PNG or SVG and print it. Nothing you type is uploaded — the code is built in your browser, and the whole thing takes about a minute.
Is this QR code generator free, and do I need an account?
Free, with no account, no watermark and no daily limit. Every generator on this site works the same way: fill the form, download the code, print it.
What WiFi security types are supported?
WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 all work, and all of them are written as WPA inside the code — that is the format phones expect to read. WEP is there for old routers, and None for a network with no password. Pick the type your router uses: the wrong one is the usual reason a correct-looking code fails to join. A router that allows WPA3 only needs the WPA3-only box in the WiFi generator, which writes the SAE type that Android 11 and newer reads.
Can someone read the password from the code?
Yes, and that matters. A WiFi code contains the password in plain text — anyone who can photograph it can join your network. Use a separate guest network with a rotateable password, never your main one.
Can I print a WiFi QR code, and what size?
Yes. The generator exports a 1024 px PNG for a table card and an SVG for a print shop. Print at 2 cm for a sticker, 4 cm for a flyer, 8 cm for a wall sign; below about 1.5 cm older phone cameras start to struggle.
How do I scan a WiFi QR code?
Point the iPhone Camera app at it (iOS 11 or newer) or the Android camera / Google Lens (Android 10 or newer) and tap the join banner. Any mainstream scanner app handles the same code.
Can I make a code for a hidden WiFi network?
Yes. Tick the hidden network box in the WiFi generator and the code carries the flag that tells a phone not to broadcast the name. Everything else stays the same.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. Nothing is hosted for you, so there is nothing to expire. A printed code keeps working as long as the destination it points at keeps working.
