Deliveryman AI handles cold email outreach at scale while keeping your domain reputation safe. Here’s how it works: You connect your domain (e.g., yourcompany.co) Deliveryman AI automatically creates multiple sub-domains like mail.yourcompany.co, a.yourcompany.co, try.yourcompany.co, etc. On each sub-domain, we automatically create multiple email accounts (e.g., john@mail.yourcompany.co, sara@a.yourcompany.co) Your cold email campaigns are distributed across all these accounts with each account sending only a small number of emails You will receive all replies on your registered email or custom email provided before the start of the email campaign.

It depends on the age of your domain: Newly added domains must go through the Domain reputation process for a period of 14 days before they can send campaigns. Once your domain reputations is sufficiently built up & your email warmup is complete, you can start scheduling and launching your campaigns. Once sending begins, each inbox starts with 1 – 2 emails/day, to keep your domain safe and warm. With multiple domains and inboxes, Deliveryman AI can scale your outreach into the thousands without hurting deliverability. We highly recommend keeping your user-reported spam rate below 0.3% for sustainability. Also, we keep optimizing these limits to further explore how many more emails can be sent per day without affecting your domain reputation.

No. We do not recommend using your primary/existing domain if it already has a live website or existing email accounts like Google Workspace. To add a domain in Deliveryman AI, you need to update the nameserver (NS) records of the domain. This change will disconnect any existing website, email inboxes, or Google Workspace accounts linked to that domain. Because of this, you should use a separate sending domain that is not connected to a website or active email services. For example, if your main website runs on abun.com, you can purchase a separate domain like tryabun.com or getabun.com specifically for email outreach. Using these domains, we will automatically create sub-domains like a.tryabun.com, b.tryabun.com, c.tryabun.com, and within these domains, we will create email addresses like fname.lname@a.tryabun.com, fname@b.tryabun.com, etc. to send as many emails as we can, ensuring that they land in the receiver’s inbox.
