Frequently asked questions
Why does X crop my image weirdly?
Wrong aspect ratio. Posts, headers, and avatars each need different dimensions. Pick the preset, center-crop here, then upload.
Does resizing destroy quality?
Starting from a larger sharp source helps. Upscaling a tiny screenshot will stay soft — begin with the highest-resolution original you have.
Is my image uploaded to your servers?
No. Resize runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to Launch Llama for processing.
Can I use these sizes for ads too?
The presets cover common organic sizes. Ad placements can differ — check the current X ads spec if you are buying traffic.
