Why a sandboxed preview

The preview renders inside an iframe sandbox. Scripts stay off unless you turn them on, and same-origin access is denied, so pasted code cannot read cookies, local storage, or anything else from this site. That keeps it safe to paste HTML from anywhere, including code you did not write yourself.

What this does not do

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to or stored on our servers.
The preview runs inside a sandboxed iframe, so it cannot read cookies or storage from other sites, and some browser APIs are restricted.
JavaScript is off by default. SPA pages often hide their prerender HTML when they run in an iframe. Turn Run JavaScript on only if you need scripts.
This renders markup you provide. It does not fetch external pages, crawl URLs, or validate HTML against a spec.

Is this HTML viewer free?

Does it support CSS and JavaScript?

Yes. Inline CSS always renders. Scripts stay off until you tick Run JavaScript, so pasted SPA source (empty #root plus hidden prerender HTML) stays visible.

Is my HTML uploaded anywhere?

No. Rendering happens locally in your browser using a sandboxed iframe. We do not send your markup to a server.

Can I download the HTML I pasted?

Yes. Press Download to save it as a .html file, or Open tab to view the rendered page full-size in a new browser tab.

Why does the preview say sandboxed?

The preview runs in an iframe with restricted permissions. Scripts stay off unless you turn them on, and pasted code cannot access this site’s cookies or storage.

Can I paste a full HTML document or just a fragment?

Both work. A full document with <html> and <head> renders as-is; a bare fragment renders inside the browser’s default HTML wrapper.
