It starts from how many customers you see a month and assumes about 1 in 5 of them message you first, through your website chat or a contact form. Those are your AI enquiries, and it picks the smallest plan that covers them. Bookings are never counted. Texts, phone calls and the website only show up if you tick them, priced from their own small price lists.

Plans start at £9.99 a month, less than a single appointment for most trades, and subba books the customers you'd otherwise miss: the late-night message, the call you couldn't take.
