Who is HandlePilot for? +
Creators, experts, and businesses building an audience on Instagram. HandlePilot brings inspiration, strategy, writing, design, editing, and content organization into one workspace.
How does it learn my tone of voice? +
It studies your own reels and captions and uses that material when drafting scripts, remixes, and carousels. You can give feedback and edit the result. Your words stay yours. “Tone of voice” means how you write and speak: your vocabulary, rhythm, and point of view. HandlePilot never clones or imitates your actual voice, and it doesn’t generate audio.
How does it use what’s performing? +
Strategy combines your own top posts with content research from your niche. Each new plan can build on proven angles, formats, and topics. You can also review Instagram insights to decide what to make next.
Can I plan and publish content? +
Yes. Organize ideas on a board, assign publishing dates, and see the plan on your calendar. Download finished content to publish yourself, or post supported reels as Instagram trial reels. Automatic scheduled publishing is not included in this version.
Can I keep my own branding and assets? +
Yes. Use reusable carousel designs with your account’s branding and your own images. Upload your photos and footage to the Asset Library so they can be found by meaning and reused in carousels and b-roll edits.

The free plan includes one workspace, five inspiration accounts, five carousels a month in 60+ designed styles, three video breakdowns a month, your content plan, voice guide, board and calendar, and your AI agent connected through MCP with all eight playbooks. Pro is $50 a month and unlocks everything, including discovery, content plans, remixes, Reel Maker and the Asset Library, for up to 20 workspaces, with 500 video breakdowns and 20,000 AI agent tool calls a month. Studio is $200 a month for agencies and heavy AI-agent use: up to 120 workspaces, 3,000 video breakdowns and 120,000 tool calls a month. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout. Cancel anytime from Billing in the app; you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
