Printery is online desktop publishing software for designing brochures, reports, and product catalogs. It is built for designers, studios, and small marketing teams that need connected text, consistent page layouts, and PDF output in a browser.

No. Printery web works independently in your browser. Create a document or start with a built-in template. If you already design in Figma, you can bring supported content over to continue your layout.

Body text can live in an independent Story, connected to text frames across columns and pages. Edit the complete Story, apply paragraph styles, and use text flow to place the content. Preflight reports overset text that still needs room.

Export your spreadsheet as a CSV, then map its fields and images in Printery. Review the preview and any missing resources before generating a new, editable catalog. Each generation creates an independent document, so existing manual edits stay in their original document.

Printery supports RGB and CMYK PDF output, physical page dimensions, bleed, crop marks, and ICC profiles. Match these settings to your printer's requirements and review preflight findings before export. PDF/X-4:2010 export is available; its delivery record separately states whether independent full-standard validation was performed.

Supported content becomes an independent Printery document with a source reference. Review the import notes for compatibility differences, missing fonts, or image issues. Import does not keep the two files in sync or change the original Figma design.
