The first version is deliberately narrow for UK IT suppliers. It checks buyer fit, route, timing, evidence fit and bid burden, then sends a daily source-linked briefing with a BID or SKIP call.
The goal is to help small bid teams protect time before anyone opens a blank bid document.

Which sources do you ingest?
Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and Public Contracts Scotland are checked at 4am UK time every day, again around midday on weekdays, and deduplicated. Welsh notices are covered through Find a Tender while the Sell2Wales API is unavailable. Framework notices such as G-Cloud, DOS, and CCS routes are tagged inline.
Does it replace our bid process?
No. TenderLead sits before bid writing. It helps find, qualify and track public-sector tender opportunities with source-linked BID/SKIP reasoning, summaries, deadline signals and workflow support. Drafting, CRM integration and bid-library exports are not sold as normal self-serve features today.
What happens when the scoring is wrong?
You can mark a recommendation helpful or not helpful and add a note. Each score includes its reasons and source link, so you can check what drove the recommendation. Your feedback is stored with your account and used when future recommendations are reviewed.
Is our bid data and CRM data kept private?
Yes. TenderLead uses your company profile, saved rules and feedback to score your own alerts. It does not use one customer's private bid or CRM data to tune another customer's recommendations. The privacy page explains the data boundary.
