Upload an aged-debtors CSV and SHVL generates a downloadable chase-pack ZIP containing editable Word letters, openable email drafts, an Excel statutory-interest calculation log, and a README. Nothing is sent automatically. You review, edit, and send from your own mailbox.

Can SHVL send anything without me?
Connecting an account never starts sending. Scheduled reminders require a connected mailbox, your review and an activated schedule. Recorded payment is checked before sending. Microsoft also checks matched replies and bounces; Gmail is send-only and needs manual reply review. You can pause the schedule at any time.
What does SHVL read from my mailbox?
With Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or Hotmail, SHVL checks new inbox messages for replies and bounces to the reminders it sent, pauses chasing when it finds one, and discards everything else without storing it. Gmail sending is in beta and is send-only.
What is included in the 30-day trial?
Everything in Solo or Team: the debtor workspace, reminder schedule, previews, timelines, promises, CSV imports and the CLI. No card is required for 30 days.
Do I need Xero?
No. You can connect Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent read-only, or import an aged-debtors CSV.
What can SHVL prepare in Xero?
The SHVL CLI can request live Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance reports, and prepare draft invoices, quotes, supplier bills and purchase orders for review. It does not authorise payments or post drafts automatically.
What is included in the recurring trial?
The 30-day no-card trial includes the Today queue, Client record, documents, Accounts Prep handovers, recurring work, time log, cash scenarios, reviewed reminders and the SHVL CLI.
When can SHVL send a reminder?
Connecting an account never starts sending. Scheduled reminders require a connected Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail or Gmail mailbox, your review and an activated schedule. Your organisation's Microsoft consent policy may require administrator approval. Recorded payment is checked before sending. Microsoft also checks matched replies and bounces; Gmail is send-only and needs manual reply review.
Is this legal advice?
No. SHVL provides templates and calculations based on the statutory late-payment rules. You or your adviser should review the output before sending.
Can you check my CSV before I pay?
Yes. Send a redacted sample row to [email protected] and we will sanity-check the format before you pay.
Where does the data live?
Recurring workspace data is stored in SHVL's Cloudflare-hosted service, and accounting and mailbox access tokens are encrypted at rest. For the chase pack, your CSV is processed to generate the ZIP and is not retained.
