Poly Duo

Tap Add, then tap the Duo tile — it starts. The first run: keep the phone in your hand. iPhone asks about 5 times whether Duo may pass your question to ChatGPT and Claude, copy the result to the clipboard and save the journal in iCloud Drive. Tap “Always Allow” each time, right away: it applies only to Duo. After that there are no more questions. While it runs, hands off for about a minute: a touch of the screen stops Duo. Stopped? Just run it again. One press from then on: Settings → Action Button → swipe to Shortcut → Duo. Or just say “Hey Siri, Duo”.

No. On iPhone the shortcut hands your question to the ChatGPT and Claude apps on your phone; on Android the Poly app sends it straight to the AI companies. There is no Poly server in between.

The ones your plans give you: ChatGPT runs on auto, Claude on the model chosen in the Claude app. As of 26 October 2026, two $20 plans — ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro — give access to GPT-6 Sol and Claude Opus 5.5; on free plans, ChatGPT runs the lighter Luna model and Claude runs Sonnet 5.5. On Android, Poly Duo runs on free keys with AIs from other companies, such as Kimi K3 and Gemini Flash. With your own paid Anthropic and OpenAI keys, Claude Opus 5 answers and GPT-6 Astra checks.
