Thanks! It came from getting bitten by exactly the thing it now prevents - an OpenAI API bill that ran up overnight from a bug I didn't catch in time. I went looking for a simple "email me before this gets expensive" tool and couldn't find one that didn't ask for way more account access than it needed. So I built the narrow version: a monthly $ ceiling, a read-only Admin key that can't touch billing or other keys, and an email at 50/80/100%. Free, live now if anyone wants to try it.
