FAQ
How is Feedjolt different from a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets don't merge duplicates, don't notify the requester when you ship it, don't vote themselves up, and don't quietly migrate to a public changelog. Feedjolt does all four. And it's faster to open.
Can I import from Canny?
Yes. Export your feedback from Canny, then upload the ZIP (or a single-board CSV) in Feedjolt. You'll see a preview, choose a board, and map Canny's statuses to yours before anything is imported. Files up to 25 MB.
Does Feedjolt integrate with Linear?
Yes - native bidirectional sync. Promote a request to a Linear issue in one keystroke; when the issue ships, voters get a one-line email. Jira and GitHub Issues aren't supported yet - both are on the roadmap. In the meantime, our public API, webhooks, and MCP server cover most workflows.
How does Startup pricing work?
Startup is $9/mo for genuine early-stage teams, and it includes every feature Scale has - limits are its ceiling, not features. Apply from billing, we review your application, and once approved you can subscribe. As your team grows past 2 admins you move up to Growth, which trades the premium set (Slack, the API, audit logs and the rest) for higher capacity.
What is Feedjolt?
A public feedback and roadmap platform for B2B SaaS. Customers vote on what they want; you triage, plan, and ship; the public roadmap and changelog stay in sync automatically. One tool, one story, no spreadsheet rot.
Who is it for?
Product managers, founders, and customer-success teams at SaaS companies. If you have a roadmap and customers, Feedjolt fits.
How is it different from Canny, UserVoice, or Frill?
Same shape, sharper edges. Faster dashboard, native Linear sync, AI-powered duplicate detection and tagging, public roadmap that collapses N internal statuses into three customer-facing buckets, MCP server for AI agents, and startup-friendly pricing that doesn't punish growth.
How is it different from a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets don't merge duplicates, don't notify the requester when you ship the thing, don't vote themselves up, and don't quietly migrate to a public changelog. Feedjolt does all four - and it's faster to open.
What's in the premium set?
Slack, webhooks, REST & MCP API, saved views, audit logs, advanced permissions, retention controls, custom email domain, advanced AI. They ship on Startup and Scale. Growth trades them for higher capacity - 25 admin seats and 5,000 AI actions, versus Startup's 2 and 1,000.
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial of Growth - no card up front. After the trial, pick the plan that fits your team; nothing gets deleted while you decide.
