Use the landing page analyzer

Free to use, with no account or email required. The page you enter is fetched by Launch Llama so it can be read and reported on — it is never copied or republished. Enter:

  • Page to analyse — Any public landing page. We read the page and report on it.
  • Compare against (optional) — Add your own URL to see both side by side.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste a URL

Enter any public page. Add a second URL to compare it against your own.

  2. 2

    Press analyze page

We fetch the page, read its HTML and report on how it is built.

  3. 3

    Read the result

You get page score, plus every on-page check, the detected stack.

What this checks

The analyzer fetches the page and reports on the on-page signals that decide whether it ranks and how it converts. Every check is something you can act on the same day.

  • Title tag and meta description, with length checked against what Google actually displays.
  • H1 usage — missing, duplicated, or correctly used once.
  • Structured data: which schema types are present, and whether there are any at all.
  • Open Graph tags, which decide whether shared links render a card or a bare URL.
  • Content depth, internal and external link counts, and images missing alt text.
  • Mobile viewport, canonical URL and whether the page is even indexable.
  • Detected tech stack — framework, analytics, payments and support tooling.

Why audit a competitor instead of just reading their page

Most of what makes a page rank is invisible when you look at it. Two landing pages can look identical while one has complete schema markup, a tuned title and 1,200 words of indexable copy, and the other has none of it.

Running a competitor through this tells you which of the two you are up against. If the page outranking you has no schema and a truncated title, the gap is not their SEO — it is their backlinks or their age, and you should spend accordingly.

Reading the comparison

Add your own URL in the second field and both pages run through the identical checks in the same order, so you can read straight down the column.

Look for rows where they pass and you do not. Those are the cheapest wins available to you, because they are fixes you control entirely and can ship this week — a missing meta description or absent schema markup is an afternoon of work, not a strategy.

What it cannot see

The analyzer reads the HTML the server returns. Content rendered by JavaScript after load will not be counted, so a heavily client-rendered page may show a low word count while looking full in a browser. That is worth knowing in itself, because search crawlers face the same problem.

It also cannot see backlinks, domain authority, traffic or rankings — the off-page factors that often decide who wins. Use this for the on-page half of the picture and a backlink tool for the rest.

Accuracy and limitations

  • Reads the HTML the server returns. Content rendered by JavaScript after load is not counted, so a client-rendered page can show a low word count while looking full in a browser.
  • Cannot see backlinks, domain authority, traffic or rankings — the off-page factors that often decide who outranks whom.
  • The score is the share of checks passed. Use it to compare two pages, and read the individual rows for what to actually fix.

Frequently asked questions

How do I analyse a competitor landing page?
Paste their URL above and press Analyze. The tool fetches the page and reports on its title, meta description, headings, structured data, social tags, content depth, links, images and tech stack. Add your own URL to compare the two side by side.
Is this landing page analyzer free?
Yes, and it needs no account or email. There is an hourly limit per visitor to keep it available for everyone.
Does it copy or clone the page?
No. It reads the page and reports on how it is built, the same way any SEO audit tool does. It does not reproduce, store or republish the page, its design or its content.
Why does the word count look too low?
The analyzer reads the HTML the server returns, so content rendered by JavaScript after load is not counted. If a page shows a low word count but looks full in a browser, it is heavily client-rendered — which is useful to know, because search crawlers hit the same limitation.
What is a good score?
The score is the share of checks passed, so it is a quick relative signal rather than a ranking prediction. Use it to compare two pages, and read the individual rows for what to actually fix.
Can it analyse any website?
Any public HTML page. Pages behind a login, private and internal addresses, and non-HTML files such as PDFs are not supported.
