About
The Brain stores your company's operational knowledge, such as pricing, playbooks and customer context, and workflows read from it before acting. When a workflow learns something new, it proposes a Brain update that a team member approves. Requests found in messages become DoBox tasks with owners and due dates, and workflows can draft replies, send email, schedule meetings and update tools like Notion, Trello and HubSpot.

From the founder
Who it's for
“Founders and operators at small teams, roughly 20 to 100 people, where the work arrives by email, Slack, Teams and chat faster than anyone can track it. Requests, commitments and customer details get buried in threads, and nobody has time to copy them into the task list or the wiki, so things slip.”
Why I built it
“I'm Jeff Reynar, co-founder and CEO. I have a PhD in natural language processing from Penn, worked at Microsoft and Google, and at Facebook led a product team building knowledge management products, used internally and externally through Workplace. Most of what a company knows arrives in its messages and never gets written down anywhere else, so we built this+that to read those messages and turn them into tasks, knowledge and finished work.”
