Rank-Hub

About

Most SEO tools are built for people who enjoy doing SEO. If that's not you, they're mostly useless. You log in, get overwhelmed by data, and close the tab.

Rank-Hub connects to your Google Search Console, investigates your site in the background, and tells you what to work on. The opportunities it surfaces are called Blueprints. Each one explains what to do and why. You don't have to figure that part out.

When you open Rank-Hub, you pick a Blueprint and the Consultant works through it with you. It knows your site, your data, and your history. You can follow its lead, push back, or take it in a different direction. It adapts either way.

When you finish a Blueprint, the next one is ready. If something isn't relevant, skip it and say why. The Consultant won't resurface similar recommendations.

The Consultant doesn't do everything for you. That's intentional. It handles all the research and analysis, then asks for your input at the specific moments where your knowledge of your own business matters. That back-and-forth produces better output than full automation would.

When you want to create content, the Consultant interviews you, scrapes what currently ranks for your target queries, and produces a structured brief from both. Not a generic AI article. A brief built from real data and your actual angle.

When a Blueprint is complete, you can see what moved. Which pages, which queries, how many clicks before and after.

It's $69 a month. A freelance SEO consultant starts around $2,000.

FAQ

How much of my time does it take?

About half an hour a week. At the start of your week the Consultant outlines that week's articles and asks two or three questions on each, the ones it needs you for: why customers buy, what you'd say that a competitor wouldn't. Answer them in one sitting. Each article is written as soon as its answers are in, so by the time you finish the last questions the first articles are ready to read. Approve each one for a publishing day and the week is done. Skip the questions and nothing is written that week. It doesn't write articles with nothing of yours in them.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Drop in your domain and the Consultant drafts your strategy. The 7 days start the day you approve it, not the day you sign up. That same day you get your topic map and your cluster plan, the next weeks of articles already laid out. From there the week runs exactly like a paying one. The Consultant outlines your first two articles and asks the questions it needs you for; once those are in, it writes them, and an approved article lands on your calendar on its day. Blueprints surface and arrive the moment the Consultant finds them, same as on a paying site, and you can chat with it anytime about your site, your search data or anything it recommended. After day 7 nothing new arrives and the chat closes. Everything already in your workspace stays yours to read. You won't be asked for a card, so there is nothing to cancel.

How many articles do I get?

Each plan is a number of articles a week, with nothing else to track. $69 a month gets you 2 articles every week, 8 or more a month, written with you, and $99 a month gets you 4 every week, 16 or more a month. Extra sites are $19 a month each, and the week's articles are shared across every site on your account. Chatting with the Consultant, adding topics and the work on your existing pages, Blueprints included, never count. Only finished, written articles come out of the week's total.

Does Rank-Hub automatically push changes to my website?

Only the articles you approve, on the days you approve them for. Connect WordPress or a GitHub repository and each approved article goes live on its publishing day with nothing more to do. Without a connection, the finished text arrives by email on its day for you to publish. Beyond its own articles it changes nothing on your site: every other fix arrives as a Blueprint for you or your developer to carry out. Connecting Search Console is optional, and its access is read-only.

What exactly is a Blueprint?

One specific change for a page you already have, with the reasoning, the data it rests on and the exact steps to make it. The Consultant checks each one against live search data before you see it. You work through it alongside the Consultant, or you hand the whole Blueprint to your developer or your coding agent and let them run it.

Why pay for this when I can just ask ChatGPT for $20?

ChatGPT doesn't know your site, can't see your search data and keeps no strategy, so you'd still be the expert deciding what to ask. Rank-Hub works without being asked. It keeps a plan of what your site should publish next and why, outlines each week's articles, asks you only for what it can't know, writes them, and keeps checking your live search data for the fixes worth making.

Can I cancel my Ahrefs / Semrush subscription?

For most owner-run sites, yes. Unless you run bulk audits for enterprise clients, the Consultant has the keyword, backlink and ranking data it needs, and it reads that data for you. If you're weighing the switch, see how Rank-Hub compares to Ahrefs (rank-hub.com/alternative-to/ahrefs). If you are weighing the newer AI platforms too, Search Atlas (OTTO) puts automation on top of the same console model, credits and quotas included. The full comparison is in the Search Atlas comparison (rank-hub.com/alternative-to/searchatlas).

How long until I actually see a spike in organic traffic?

Fixing a page that already ranks, like a title nobody clicks or a page Google can't index, can show results in days. New articles take longer: expect movement over several weeks to months. The plan puts the topics closest to what you sell first, and quick fixes arrive as Blueprints the moment they're found.

Will Google penalize my site for using an "AI SEO" tool?

No. Google penalizes unhelpful, spammy content, whoever wrote it. Rank-Hub doesn't write an article until you've answered its questions, so every piece carries something only your business knows. The fixes it finds make your existing pages more useful to people searching, which is what Google's guidelines ask for.

Do I have to connect Google Search Console?

No, it is optional. The Consultant works from your pages, the live search results, keyword and backlink research, and what you tell it about the business. Connecting Search Console adds one more input, the searches Google reports for your own site, and the access it asks for is read-only.
