About
Walks start and stop from a Move tab, with auto-pause, a route drawn as a shape without place names, and live goal rings for workouts. Focus sessions in calm timed rounds grow a garden, and habit reminders can be marked done, minimum, or skipped from the notification without opening the app. A habit you ignore for five days goes quiet until you log it again.
Key Features
- Track walks with auto-pause, live route drawing, steps, distance and pace
- Time workouts such as strength, run, cycling, HIIT, swim and hike with goal rings
- Mark habits done, minimum, or skipped from one-tap reminder notifications
- Sync steps and water from Health Connect so logged activity fills in automatically
- Grow a focus garden during timed work rounds with breaks built in
- Keep routines intact on hard days with minimums, freezes and pauses
Use Cases
- Logging a daily walk that starts from the Move tab and records steps, distance and pace automatically
- Building or quitting a habit with a worst-day minimum so a hard day still counts as kept
- Running timed focus rounds that grow a garden while you work through calm blocks
Who it is for
- Android users who want one daily habit tracker that pulls steps and water from Health Connect.
- People trying to stay consistent with fitness and focus routines who want a forgiving approach to missed days.

FAQ
Is Cadentiq free?
Yes, it's free to start. Free includes 3 habits with one reminder each, minimums, freezes, pause and skip, walks, workouts and Health Connect, the focus garden with the free presets, and your full history. Pro adds unlimited habits, several and repeating reminders, full-screen alarm reminders, home screen widgets, custom focus lengths, strict focus, Do Not Disturb and CSV export. Prices are shown in Google Play, in your currency.
What happens if I miss a day?
A missed day isn't automatically a broken run. A freeze can cover it: you earn a new one every Sunday and keep a balance. Your 30-day rhythm line dips on a missed day and climbs back as you keep going, and paused or skipped days never move it.
What is a minimum?
Every habit has a worst-day version, like 5 push-ups instead of a 60-minute gym session. Do the minimum and the day still counts.
Does Cadentiq work with Health Connect?
Yes. Link a habit once and it fills in from Health Connect, including what your other fitness apps already record, and nothing counts twice. Steps keep up on their own, and water you log with +1 goes to Health Connect too.
What happens to my data?
You can explore the whole app with a demo before you sign up. Sign in with Google to keep your history across phones. Your walk routes never leave your phone, and habit suggestions are worked out on your device, so nothing you type is sent. Your data is never sold.
Which devices and languages does it support?
Cadentiq is an Android app in 14 languages. Layouts follow the window, so it looks right from a phone to a laptop, including Googlebook, with resizable windows, mouse and trackpad support and keyboard shortcuts.
Is Cadentiq on Google Play yet?
Not yet. It's coming soon to Google Play.
