About
Most fitness apps give you 500 workouts and expect you to choose. That's the problem. Choosing is exhausting. BaselineBody removes the decision entirely. Press start and it builds a mobility, strength, or breathwork session for you. Under 20 minutes. No library, no streaks, no notifications. Built for people who've tried every fitness app and abandoned them all.
Use Cases
- Loosening a stiff back, neck, or hips in 10 minutes after a bad night's sleep or a long stretch at a desk
- Getting a mobility session matched to the day's activity, such as hip and calf work after a 5.2 km run, pulled from Apple Health data
- Settling a wired nervous system at night with guided breathwork that starts in about 3 minutes
Who it is for
- Office workers and desk-bound professionals who feel stiffness from sitting all day.
- iPhone runners and active adults who want targeted recovery stretches after exercise.
- Busy people who want short daily movement routines without decision fatigue or subscriptions.
Pricing
Free to try, with three full sessions before paying. Then a single one-time payment with no subscription; the exact price is set per storefront on the App Store.
FAQ
Why one payment instead of a subscription?
Subscriptions assume the app has to keep convincing you it's worth paying for, every month, forever. We'd rather build something that works and ask you once.
How does it know what to build?
It reads your day from Apple Health. If you ran, it hands you hips and calves. If you sat all day, it loosens what tightened up. You can also tap the spot that's tight and it builds the session for it.
Is 10-20 minutes enough?
Yes. Each exercise runs to the dose the research supports for a real change in range of motion. You're not missing anything that works, just the padding.
What if I miss days?
Nothing happens. No streaks, no guilt, no catching up. You open it and press play again.
What if I don't like it?
You get three full sessions free before paying anything. If you buy and change your mind, request a refund through Apple within 14 days. Apple handles it.
Do I need equipment or an account?
Neither. Everything is bodyweight, and there's no sign-up. Download, open, and press play.
Will this still work in two years?
Yes. Baseline is built by one person, with no investors and no servers to keep running. It's a one-time install on your phone. As long as iOS supports it, it works.
What is BaselineBody?
A daily movement app for your iPhone. Open it, press Start, and it gives you a short session: mobility or breathwork. You don't pick. You don't plan. You show up. No equipment. Your phone and a bit of floor space.
Who built this?
One person. No team, no investors, no content studio. Built because every app that promised to keep me moving kept getting in the way. If you want to reach me, [email protected] goes straight to my inbox.
Why can't I choose my own workout?
Because choosing is the problem. You've downloaded fitness apps before. You browsed the library, spent 10 minutes deciding, and closed the app. BaselineBody skips all of that. It reads your day from Apple Health and builds the session for you. You press start.
