## Full description

You paste a job link or the text of the ad, and the tool reads the role's must-haves and keywords, then shows which requirements your resume already covers and where it falls short. A free resume check runs 14 tests that recruiters and applicant tracking software both screen for, with a fix for each failing point. Templates are built to be parsed cleanly, and a Chrome extension can bring the same tailoring to the job posting you are reading.
