've been building side projects for a few years. Each time I'd launch, get some traffic, maybe a few signups — and then nothing. No paying customers. And the worst part wasn't the failure, it was not knowing why. I'd ask users for feedback and get "looks great!" I'd ask friends and get the same. I'd post on Reddit and get opinions but no data.
