FAQ

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Launch is $99 a month for 4 locations at 10 requests per minute. Growth is $499 a month for 25 locations at 50 requests per minute. Enterprise is custom for 100+ locations with negotiated limits. Every plan includes the whole API: listings and citation sync, review tracking and responses, multi-channel posting, local analytics, the Python and Node SDKs, and the hosted MCP server. Plans differ in locations, rate limits, citation coverage and support, not in features. Launch starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at signup and can cancel any time before the trial ends. Launch and Growth are both self serve and month to month, so there is no annual commitment and no sales call to get a key. Enterprise is the only tier that is scoped in a conversation, because location count, throughput, SLA and support all have to be agreed.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

The trial runs on the Launch plan and needs a card to start. You get the full API for 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; otherwise the subscription converts to a paid Launch plan automatically.

Can I trial the Growth plan?

The free trial is on Launch. Most teams validate the integration on Launch first, then upgrade to Growth from the dashboard when they need more locations or throughput.

What counts as a location?

One business location managed through the API. Every location you create counts toward your plan limit: 4 on Launch, 25 on Growth, custom on Enterprise.

Does Social come with a free trial?

Social Launch does, on the same terms as Listings Launch: 14 days free, with a card required to start. Social Growth starts paid, exactly like Listings Growth. Each product carries its own trial, so if you already hold Listings and add Social Launch from the dashboard, Social starts its own 14 free days without touching your Listings billing. The same works the other way round. The trial is once per product: if you have already trialled Social and come back to it later, that purchase is billed on the day you make it.

What counts as a brand?

A brand is one social identity you publish as: a name, its profile assets, and the social accounts attached to it. Brands are unlimited on every Social tier and are not billed: what your plan meters is connections. Brands are also counted separately from Listings locations, so a location does not consume a brand and a brand does not consume a location.

What counts as a connection?

A connection is one authorized social account attached to a brand: a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, an X account, a LinkedIn Page, or a Pinterest account. Connections are what your Social plan is priced on. Social Launch includes 20 and Social Growth includes 125. Because there are five supported networks, one brand connected everywhere uses five connections, which makes Launch roughly four fully connected brands and Growth roughly twenty-five. One caveat on Instagram, which is Meta rule rather than ours: only a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page can be connected, so a personal account cannot, however much capacity you have bought.

Are connections tied to a specific brand?

Your total is an account-wide pool: the connections your tier includes plus five for every connection pack you have bought. You choose how to spend it, so one brand can hold a dozen connections while another holds one, and there is no per-brand limit and no limit on how many brands share the pool. A slot is taken by the pairing of one social account with one brand, and it stays taken until the end of the billing cycle. So linking the same Facebook Page to a second brand uses a second slot, and disconnecting it from the first brand does not hand that slot back until the cycle turns.

Are Social and Listings billed together?

No, they are separate subscriptions. You can buy Listings only, Social only, or both. If you hold both, you will see two monthly charges on the same card, one per product, each on its own plan and its own renewal date. Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling one has no effect on the other.

What is included in every plan?

The complete API: listings and citation sync, review tracking and responses, multi-channel posting, local analytics, the Python and Node SDKs, and the hosted MCP server. Plans differ only in locations, rate limits, and support.
