About
Most SaaS pricing has two outcomes: they pay list price, or they leave. HAGGIN is for the second group. Before they leave, they make an offer. How it works 1. Paste your pricing page and get a Haggin back: a negotiation page with its own link, your plans and your list price already in. Or set it up yourself in two questions. 2. Put the link where people leave: the trial-ending email, the cancel flow, your reply to "too expensive", the quote nobody answered. 3. Offers arrive in your inbox, structured: price, seats, annual or lifetime, plus extras like a testimonial, a case study or a post to their audience. Each one shows as a % of your list price. 4. Accept, counter or pass. A counter is a full new proposal, not a chat message. 5. On a deal, paste your own payment link. The buyer pays you directly. What it is not - Not a discount for everyone. Someone who was going to pay list never sees the link, and your list price never moves. - Not a marketplace. You bring your own customers. - Not a payment middleman. We never touch the money. - Not a chat. Two or three moves and it's a deal, or it isn't. Who it's for SaaS companies that sell online and keep losing people who wanted the product, just not at list price: trials that never convert, customers who hit cancel, "too expensive" replies, quotes that go quiet. Also launches and pricing experiments. Pricing By Haggins, never by negotiations. Free trial with no card. Campaign $19 once. Pro and Business with unlimited offers and deals, $9 and $59/month for founding companies until Sept 27. And yes, our own price is negotiable: hagg.in/h/th7cgniw5mb8 Launched Sept 8 with 0 users.
Founder story
I spent years running OhMyNewst, a newsletter ad network: brands on one side, 300+ newsletters on the other, me in the middle closing sponsorship deals every week. Sold it to Prensalink in 2025. What I learned had nothing to do with newsletters: the list price is almost never the final price. Every deal was a negotiation, and every one happened in an email thread because there was no better place for it. Then I looked at SaaS pricing pages. Two buttons: "Buy now" and "Talk to sales". Nothing for the person who'd pay 70% of list today. They leave, and you never find out. So I built the third button. HAGGIN puts a "Make an offer" link next to your price. Offers come in structured: price, seats, annual, a testimonial, a post. You accept, counter or pass. No chat, no cut: they pay you directly. Launched September 8, 2026, solo, with zero users, in public. My own price is negotiable too. It would be odd if it weren't.
Who it is for
HAGGIN is for SaaS companies that sell online, control their own pricing, and keep losing people who wanted to buy, just not at list price. If you've ever given a discount by email or lost a customer over $15, it's for you. No sales team required: you accept, counter or pass from an inbox.
- SaaS founders losing sales to people who'd pay, just not list price
- Products with trials that go quiet on day 14 instead of converting
- Subscription businesses that want a negotiation instead of a cancel screen
- Founders launching a new plan who'd rather learn the price than guess it
- Small SaaS doing B2B deals (seats, annual, intros) without a sales call
Use Cases
- SaaS founders losing sales at list price, put a "Make an offer" link next to the price and turn the people who'd leave into offers
- SaaS with trials that don't convert, send a private Haggin on day 12 so the quiet ones name their price instead of going silent
- Subscription businesses fighting churn, replace the goodbye screen with a negotiation for the customer who hit cancel
- Founders launching a new product or plan, publish a Haggin with a deadline and let early believers set the price before you print it
- SaaS teams testing pricing, learn what people would actually pay from real offers instead of a month-long A/B test
- B2B deals that don't need a call, seats, annual commitments, intros and case studies as one structured offer instead of three emails
Pricing
Priced by Haggins, never by negotiations: unlimited offers and deals on every plan. Free Trial: one Haggin, 14 days, no card. Campaign: $19 once. Pro: 5 live Haggins, permanent and private. Business: unlimited. Founding Pricing until Sept 27: Pro $9/mo, Business $59/mo, forever (list $29 and $99). No cut: the buyer pays you directly. And yes, our price is negotiable.
Verdict
HAGGIN does one thing most SaaS pricing pages refuse to do: it admits the price is negotiable, and then makes negotiating cheap enough to happen without a salesperson. You put a "Make an offer" link next to your price. People send a structured offer (price, seats, annual or lifetime, plus a testimonial or a post to their audience), it lands in your inbox as a percentage of list, and you accept, counter or pass. A counter is a full new proposal, so a deal takes two or three moves, not forty messages. What makes it credible is what it doesn't do. Your list price never moves. HAGGIN never touches the money: on a deal you paste your own payment link and the buyer pays you directly. There's no marketplace to feed, no chat to babysit, and no automation deciding for you. Lowballs get a bulk reject, not an algorithm. It's a good fit for SaaS founders who sell online and keep losing people who wanted to buy, just not at list price: trials that go quiet, cancel screens, launches, B2B deals that don't need a call. It's a bad fit if you want a CRM, a discount engine or someone else to handle billing. The product launched in September 2026 with zero users and posts every number publicly at hagg.in/open. The founder sold his previous company and built HAGGIN on the lesson from it: the list price is almost never the final price. Fittingly, HAGGIN's own price is negotiable. If your pricing page has two buttons, this is the third one.
