I hate vacation planning. Every time my wife and I rent a car in a new country, we end up driving direct from city to city - too tired to figure out what's worth stopping for. That changed during a motorhome trip in Norway. We'd planned everything in advance, but the weather had other ideas. Every morning we spent an hour deciding where to go and, more importantly, how to get there, what was actually worth seeing along the way. It was exhausting. But it also taught us something: the route itself can be as memorable as the destination. We tested that idea in Portugal. Instead of driving straight from Porto to Lisbon, we actually planned our stops. The towns we found along the way ended up being the highlight of the whole trip, better than Lisbon itself. But figuring out what to stop at, in what order, with realistic timing? Still took forever. So I built Give Me Route. You type something like "Stockholm to Örebro, lunch around 1pm, need to be there by 6pm", and it plans the route. R
