Can I download the code?
Yes. You can download your project as a zip anytime and take the source with you. You retain ownership of the content you create in Acebuilder.
What happens if I stop paying? Do I lose my pages?
No. Once you download your project, you already own the exported code. Canceling or stopping payment does not take that source away. Keep building locally or elsewhere with the files you exported.
Can I import Pro Aceternity templates and components?
Yes. Paid plans include access to Aceternity UI Pro templates and components. Pull a full template into a project, or drop in individual blocks and sections, then reshape layout and copy in chat.
Can I design a landing page from scratch without blocks?
Yes. You can start from a blank starter (Next.js, Vite, or TanStack) and ask the agent to design and build from scratch. Templates and blocks speed things up, but they are optional. Skills, design systems, and chat are enough to ship a custom page.
Can I increase limits or buy additional credits?
Yes. Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits and project limits, or buy credit top-ups when you need more AI usage without changing your plan. Both options are available from pricing and your account billing flow.
Why do short prompts cost so many tokens?
Your typed prompt is only a small part of what the model sees. Each turn also includes chat history, system instructions, project context, and often file contents the agent reads so it can edit accurately. That shared context is what keeps answers consistent with your codebase, and it is what shows up as input tokens.
What if I have issues with the application?
Use the in-app chat widget for quick help, or email [email protected] with your account email and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond as quickly as we can.
Is Acebuilder in beta?
Yes. Acebuilder is currently in beta. Please expect bugs and rough edges as we ship quickly. We are actively fixing issues and pushing improvements as fast as we can.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Sales are final because we incur real compute and model costs when you use the product. If something unusual happened with your account or billing, reach out to support and we will do our best to help.
